Common questions
How do I book a charging session?
Open the Moev app, tap "Schedule charge," pick a service mode (scheduled, fleet, or emergency), enter your address, choose a time, confirm your vehicle and connector type, and tap Book. You'll get a confirmation right away.
What connectors do you support?
Moev vans carry CCS, J1772, and NACS connectors. We support Level 1, Level 2, and DC fast charging depending on the van assigned and your vehicle's capability.
How is my session priced?
- Scheduled: $149 per 30-minute session, all-in.
- Fleet: $99 per EV per visit under a fleet contract.
- Emergency Roadside: Starts at $349 with additional trip charges depending on distance.
The price shown at booking is what you pay. Pricing may change over time; the price at the moment of booking is honored for that job.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — free cancellation up to 30 minutes before dispatch. See our Terms of Service for details on late cancellations and no-shows.
How do I update my payment method?
In the app: Profile → Payment methods → Add or replace card. Card details are stored securely by Stripe, not by Moev.
My charging session failed — do I get a refund?
Yes. If the session couldn't complete due to a Moev-side issue, we refund the full amount. Report it within 48 hours by calling dispatch or emailing us and we'll investigate. Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
I'm a driver — how do I get approved?
Sign up in the app, upload your driver's license and required documents in the driver profile section. Our approvals team reviews within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you can go online and receive job offers.
How do I delete my account?

Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Emergencies
If you are in a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first. Moev Emergency Roadside Service is for reaching the next charger — it is not a substitute for police, fire, or medical response.
